Christmas: gifts, treats, and tips

Its never too early for Christmas, even in early October everyone secretly has "I wish it could be Christmas everyday" ( I really do) on shuffle. No? Just me then. Anyway seeing as it is the beginning of manic Christmas shopping and rushed gift buying season then I thought I'd give you heads up on gifts that won't cost a penny and take matters of minutes! And if you enjoy this please check out my video on Christmas Treats.

This is easy just grab an old jar, fill it with mini marshmallows, add a cute ribbon, and maybe a label saying snowman poop. Easy as that, you could even do on Christmas day its so quick!

Just like the "snowman poop" grab a jar, put some malteasers, put a few red m&m's scatter about inside, add a red ribbon, and call it "Rudolf Noses"

This one is a little trickier, but just take some clear film wrap and place in: hot chocolate powder, mini marshmallows, m&m's add a ribbon. There you have a "hot chocolate making kit", just add milk and hot water.

To make a cake in a mug just mix together: 4 tbsp self raising flour
                                                                  2 tbsp cocoa powder
                                                               4 tbsp caster sugar
                                                   3 tbsp milk
                                                        1 medium egg
                                                                                 3 tbsp vegetable/sunflower oil
                                                                    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
                                                                    2 tbsp chocolate chips
And pop into the microwave for 3-4 mins on the highest setting, to give this gift you could either put it into the fridge and give it as a cake. Or you could place all of the non-liquids into a clear film wrap put it inside a cute mug.

Except, use a big mug because otherwise this happens.
