Seeing as its nearly summer☺ I thought I would post some photos of summer 2015 as I had such a great time in Disney, Universal, and Clear Water beach. This year I am going to France for my summer holiday so hopefully you will get to see my holiday of 2016 too.

While we were in America I had my 13th birthday, we went to Chef Mickeys for breakfast and spent the day in Magic Kingdom. Going to the Beauty and the Beast Restaurant for an evening meal followed by watching the Firework show. It was one of my best birthdays I've had!

Appreciate the real concentration.

After our trip to Disney we had a few days at clear water beach which was so relaxing, spending all our days by the pool/sea and in the pool/sea. It was a great way to end a fab holiday.
When we were in universal we didn't buy any photos of us on the rides but we went on so many, my favourites were Rip Ride Rockit and The Incredible Hulk. And Harry Potter world was amazing, I had such a fun summer and I cant believe that it was a year ago now, so much can happen in a year!

3 Summer Eyeshadow Styles ♥

Today, I thought I might try something different out and do a blog post on makeup looks. I have only ever briefly touched on makeup before and because I enjoy experimenting with it I thought why not.

This look is completely different to what I would normally go for, however I have recently seen people having been adding fun "pops of colour" to show the whole 80's vibe.

Please excuse my eyebrows they are very messy!

Again, I thought I could add a bit more colour but this time using a block purple blending through the crease with a dusty pink shade.

This is the look I would usually wear just using neutral tones, but because I went to a party I used sellotape to create a really sharp and clean line instead of adding a wing.

This is what it looks like with winged liner.

How I Revise ♥

I'm so sorry it's been a while since I posted. I had exams most of last week, which brings me on to todays post. I know it's slightly differently to the usual little snippets of my life I share with you. However, I wanted to help you out with this horrible time of year when the dreaded exams are looming!

5 important things to think about:

1. How/Where to Start?

  • Figure out what sort of learner you are, there are plenty of quizzes you can find on google.
  • Use a notebook or folder to organise everything into categories and sections.
  • Once you have organised all of your subjects, highlight your weaker points in the subject and make sure you highlight your stronger points. Its good to focus and what you are better at aswell as what needs more work.
  • Whenever you revise turn your phone on do not disturb, therefore you can still use your phone for revising, if you need to but it won't distract you. As personally, I always end up spending hours on my phone when only meaning to spend 10 minutes checking my feed.
  • Most importantly stay organised and don't stress. I know exams are stressful, but the worst thing to do is to stress because nothing will be gained from it.

    2. Techniques?

  • Q Cards
  • Websites and Past papers
  • Mind Maps
  • Post it Notes
  • Voice Memos

3. Environment?

  • Have plenty of space to spread your work out.
  • Make sure there is lots of light, its harder to work in darker environments.
  • Stay comfortable, you may be sitting there for a long time (sorry but it's true).
  • Use all the resources you have, revision guides, websites, teachers notes etc.

4. Motivation?

  • Have plenty of breaks, it helps you get through the pile of work easier.
  • Make sure you have food regularly you can concentrate on an empty stomach. Also stay hydrated as, if you don't drink enough you can get a headache and that definitely wont be good whilst trying to revise.
  • Make sure you have a revision timetable therefore you can look forward to when you scheduled in breaks and days off.
  • I know it sounds strange but having new stationery motivates me more as I can make my revision notes more colourful and colour is a powerful stimulus for the brain enabling us to remember information more easily.

5. Have a Rest!

  • Have a day when you just try to forget about exams, wear your pyjamas all day,buy a family size bag of treats just for yourself and put on a film.
  • Organise a day when you or your friends aren't revising and just have fun. Giving all of you a bit of a detox from exams and stress.

4 Ways I Style my Jeans

As it is starting to change season into spring/summer (yayy!) I thought I would let you know of  how I like to style my jeans during this time. And recently I went shopping for a well needed summer haul I will be doing another lookbook whilst on holiday which will probably include my newly bought clothes. But amongst the summer items I also bought some new jeans, some mom jeans as I had seen many people styling them and I thought I would like to give it ago.

Skinny Jeans (black)
